The rules for creating character of one faction on server

Players will be allowed to create characters of one faction on each server. For example, if an Elyos character is create on Siel, the character only can be created on that server. Due to that, close attention will be placed on the faction balance on each server during launch. If a particular server is beginning to lose balance in favor of aion leveling gathering, character creation of that particular faction on the server is disabled. Keep in mind that changes can be made on this temporarily disable character creation block every few hours. If you are unable to create a character of your preferred faction choice, please wait a while and try again later.
